We've had ARMOR-KOTE coat the floors in both of our garages — our condo, which is going on 5+ years now and still looks great, and our new build, where they were literally the first trade through the door after closing. As people who are very particular about our garages, the quality of the finish and how well it has held up over time really says it all. The crew is professional, the whole process is easy, and our sales rep Shane is a pleasure to work with. There's something really nice about hearing a familiar voice from a company you trust — even when it's not a call you make every day. We recommend Armor-Kote to friends without hesitation. And honestly? They always ask.

We love this Epoxy coating. Excellent job! Shane was professional and personable making sure we were taken care of in our time line. Desert Grey is beautiful. Highly recommend Armor-Kote!

Last week I wanted to coat my three car garage in the Gilbert/Chandler area. After considerable research of the many vendors I selected Armor-KOTE Garage Floors. My subsequent dealing with Gary from that firm, I found them to be straight forward with information to my questions, with a reasonably competitive price and product. The one day installation process went very smoothly and the two man crew was very efficient, detailed and skilled. They even helped remove a heavy freezer, required for a more complete job. Now, a week after completion, I am very happy with the results! I would highly recommend Armor-KOTE Garage Floors to family and friends.

Armor-Kote really does an excellent job! We got the speckled with red and it looks incredible! They discovered a divot in my floor and used quick set to fill it before doing the coating. They still finished my floor ahead of schedule and didn't charge extra for the divot repair! Fantastic people, fantastic company!!! Shane is the best at this!

We LOVE our new garage floor. It's beautiful. See before & after photos below. Everything about the process with Armor-KOTE was easy and painless. Gary was very consultative, informative, honest, and communicative throughout. The project was done in less than 1 day, and our garage looks 1,000x better. Love it and highly recommend this company. Thank you!
